To provide temporary supportive housing to people who are unhoused

Brookside Commons Apartments Goal

To lift people permanently out of homelessness by providing them temporary supportive housing until they are ready to move on to more permanent traditional housing and be productive members of the community.

Indian Field Apartments Mission

To provide affordable housing for struggling working class people

Indian Field Apartments Goal

To ensure all people with less than 60% of the area median income level have safe affordable housing options

How we fulfill our Mission and Goal

General Welfare

We promote the general welfare for people most in need, homeless, and other local people in need of supportive and/or affordable housing.

Acquire & Construct

We plan for and effect the acquisition of properties and the construction of housing facilities for the homeless, and other local people in need of supportive and/or affordable housing.

Stimulate

We stimulate and coordinate the development of supportive and/or affordable housing by both the public and private sectors.

Raise Money

We receive and accept public and private gifts, trusts, donations, grants, loans, and other sources of funding to promote the purposes of supportive and affordable housing. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit since 1990.

Promote

We act as a fact-finding group, to generate public interest and promote and assist groups in organization, funds, and labor to develop supportive and/or affordable housing for those most in need, homeless, and others in need of supportive or affordable housing.
